Shipping within US is Free on all Rockford products! All orders are shipped fully insured through FedEx or UPS Express services with Signature Confirmation.

Please note the production time for each ring 5-10 business days or less, due to the fact that each ring is made per size and per order. Allow an additional 2-3 business days for Express shipping.

All international packages are shipped via FedEx or UPS services.

All items shipped internationally will be subject to any shipping back to the USA covered by the client.


Please note that some countries will charge additional fees at local customs (U.S. customers are not subject to any extra charges). Most countries will charge only VAT based on the declared value of the package to be paid upon delivery (most European countries) or import duties (Canada, Australia). These charges are the buyer's responsibility as they are not additional shipping or insurance charges.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied and wish to return or exchange your purchase, please follow these simple steps:

Notify us that you wish to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue you an authorization number. The item must be sent to us within 3 days after you receive this number; which needs to be clearly marked on the outside of the box, and you are responsible for shipping and insurance.

Important Note

A restocking fee of $150 is charged for any returns or exchanges (changing to a different style of gold or platinum item). 

Only unscratched undamaged new products are eligible for returns. All returned items will be inspected for wear and tear as items scratched or worn will not be accepted for returns.

If you are exchanging the ring for a different ring size, there is a fee of $150-350 depending on the style of the ring. A fee is charged due to the fact that each ring is made to order and size. A brand new ring will be made by Rockford Collection as per requested size.

Please make sure of the correct ring size before placing an order. Most of the RF rings are not resizable.

Credit card orders can be placed online using our secure server or over the phone with our customer service department. In general, credit card orders will only be shipped to an address on file with the credit card company.
