Custom Ring Size: Select a custom size by scrolling down on the ring size dropdown menu.
Custom Initials: Replace RF logo inside with your initials. Add during checkout.
Engraving: Laser inscription inside of a ring. Add during checkout.
Note that any customized rings are not refundable.

How to ship your jewelry back
for return, exchange or repair
1. Ship the jewelry in our original jewelry box. If the box is missing, place it into any small box so the jewelry wouldn’t get damaged while in transit.
2. Include warranty card or a note with your original order number which starts with RC#...
3. Specify what needs to be done with the jewelry on a note.
4. Ship the jewelry using hard shipping box (not a soft envelope) via Fedex or UPS insured mail to address bellow:
“SHIPPING DEPARTMENT RC - FL”

5. Follow up with an email after shipping the package.
