INTERNATIONAL
All international packages are shipped via FedEx or UPS services. All items shipped internationally will be subject to any shipping back to the USA covered by the client.Customs
Please note that some countries will charge additional fees at local customs (U.S. customers are not subject to any extra charges). Most countries will charge only VAT based on the declared value of the package to be paid upon delivery (most European countries) or import duties (Canada, Australia). These charges are the buyer's responsibility as they are not additional shipping or insurance charges.Certificate of Authenticity comes with all Rockford rings.

We are here for you for a lifetime to maintain and repair your jewelry should you need it. Our lifetime warranty offers free diamond and gemstone tightening, cleaning, re-polishing and rhodium plating.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied and wish to return or exchange your purchase, please follow these simple steps:
Notify us that you wish to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue you an authorization number. The item must be sent to us within 3 days after you receive this number; which needs to be clearly marked on the outside of the box, and you are responsible for shipping and insurance. (See shipping instructions below).
Important Note
A restocking fee of $350 is charged for any returns.
Only unscratched undamaged new products are eligible for returns. All returned items will be inspected for wear and tear as items scratched or worn will not be accepted for returns.
If you are exchanging the ring for a different ring size, there is a fee of $450-875 depending on the style of the ring. A fee is charged due to the fact that each ring is made to order and size. A brand new ring will be made by Rockford Collection as per requested size.
Please make sure of the correct ring size before placing an order. EverBlak rings are not resizable.

Rockford Collection allows only one exchange per order. All exchanged items are not refundable.
How to ship your ring back
for return, exchange or repair
1. Ship the ring in our original jewelry box. If the box is missing, place it into any small box so the ring wouldn’t get damaged while in transit.
2. Include warranty card or a note with your original order number which starts with RC#...
3. Specify what needs to be done with the ring on a note.
4. Ship the ring using hard shipping box (not a soft envelope) via Fedex or UPS insured mail to this address:

5. Follow up with an email after shipping the package.
