Q: Is this real diamond jewelry?

A: We guarantee all Rockford Collection products are 100% genuine and real. When metal is stated to be gold, it is solid gold (not gold plated), platinum is 95% platinum, and if the item contains diamonds, all diamonds are natural mined diamonds.

Q: Ring Sizing?

A: Our available Ring Sizes are 7-13, all other sizes made upon request, which are then considered customized and not refundable.

Q: Can ring be customized?

A: All Rockford Collection rings can be customized with any desired precious metal, gem stones or finish type. Please email us the ring’s name, style number and your ring size with customization requirements. Shortly after, you’ll receive an email from our design team with a quote for your customized ring design. Upon your approval and payment, we will start the production process for your ring, which takes 10-15 working days. Allow an additional 2-3 business days for Express shipping. For rush deliveries, please contact us.

Please note that any customized rings are not refundable.

Custom Design

Our Design Team can exclusively custom design jewelry or any accessory for you or your loved one in our signature Rockford style.

Q: Can I purchase your jewelry at any retail locations?

A: Currently, Rockford Collection Jewelry are exclusively available for purchase only at www.rockfordcollection.com


Q: Do you offer any warranties on your product?

A: We strongly stand behind the quality and the product that we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects upon delivery. We are here for you for a lifetime to maintain and repair your jewelry. Read more


Q: What Is Your Return and Exchange Policy?

A: Rockford Collection offers a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all products.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied and wish to return or exchange your purchase, please follow these simple steps:

Notify us that you wish to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue you an authorization number. The item must be sent to us within 3 days after you receive this number; which needs to be clearly marked on the outside of the box, and you are responsible for shipping and insurance.

Please note

  •  A restocking fee of $150 is charged for any returns or exchanges (changing to a different style of gold or platinum item). 
  •  If you are exchanging the ring for a different ring size, there is a fee of $150-350 depending on the style of the ring. A fee is charged due to the fact that each ring is made to order and size. A brand new ring will be made by Rockford Collection as per requested size.

Please make sure of the correct ring size before placing an order. Most of the RF rings are not resizable. 

Rockford Collection allows only one exchange per order. All exchanged items are not refundable.


Q: Where can I see and try on the ring?

A:  We understand that it may be difficult to make a decision and commit to buy a diamond wedding ring without trying it on or showing it to your loved ones!

Q: Do you offer any financing options?

Q: What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Credit card orders can be placed online using our secure server or over the phone with our customer service department. In general, credit card orders will only be shipped to an address on file with the credit card company. Rockford Collection may request additional documentation (such as driver’s license, photocopy of credit card, etc.) on some transactions.


Q: How Much Does Shipping Cost?

A: Shipping within Continental US is Free on all Rockford products! All orders are shipped fully insured through FedEx or UPS Express services with Signature Confirmation.

Q: When Will My Order Ship?

A: Please note the production time for each ring 5-10 business days or less, due to the fact that each ring is made per size and per order. Allow an additional 2-3 business days for Express shipping. For rush deliveries, please contact us.

Q: Can I pick up my purchase at the Rockford Collection main office in New York?

A: We currently don’t offer pick up service at our main office. All purchases must be shipped to buyer.


Q: Do You Ship Internationally?

A: We ship to following countries: Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Poland, Japan, United Arab Emirates. To request shipping to other counties please contact us.

All international packages are shipped via FedEx or UPS services.


Please note that some countries will charge additional fees at local customs (U.S. customers are not subject to any extra charges). Most countries will charge only VAT based on the declared value of the package to be paid upon delivery (most European countries) or import duties (Canada, Australia). These charges are the buyer's responsibility as they are not additional shipping or insurance charges.

Q: Who is eligible for Military Discount Program?

A: Rockford Collection provides a military discount of 10% (Use promo code “USMIL10OFF” at Checkout). This offer is limited to US residents only and is not to be combined with any other offers or promotions.
You must provide a photo copy of valid I.D. for verification purposes upon purchase, this offer is strictly intended to honor the service of our Active Military, Retirees, Veterans, Reservists and their spouses and immediate families.
