A: We guarantee all Rockford Collection products are 100% genuine and real. When metal is stated to be gold, it is solid gold (not gold plated), platinum is 95% platinum, and if the item contains diamonds, all diamonds are natural mined diamonds.
A: Our available Ring Sizes are 7-13, all other sizes made upon request, which are then considered customized and not refundable.
*** IMPORTANT **** If you not sure about your ring size, please notify us on the day of the purchase and we will send you a free sizing kit or you can have your finger sized at your local jeweler for 8mm wide band ring.
A: All Rockford Collection rings can be customized with any desired precious metal, gem stones or finish type. Please email us the ring’s name, style number and your ring size with customization requirements. Shortly after, you’ll receive an email from our design team with a quote for your customized ring design. Upon your approval and payment, we will start the production process for your ring, which takes 10-15 working days. Allow an additional 1-5 working days for FedEx Express shipping within US.
Please note that any customized rings are not refundable.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
A: Rockford Collection offers a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all products.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied and wish to return or exchange your purchase, please follow these simple steps:
Notify us that you wish to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue you an authorization number. The item must be sent to us within 3 days after you receive this number; which needs to be clearly marked on the outside of the box, and you are responsible for shipping and insurance.
- A restocking fee of $150 is charged for any returns or exchanges (changing to a different style of gold or platinum item).
- If you are exchanging the ring for a different ring size, there is a fee of $150-350 depending on the style of the ring. A fee is charged due to the fact that each ring is made to order and size. A brand new ring will be made by Rockford Collection as per requested size.
Please make sure of the correct ring size before placing an order. Most of the RF rings are not resizable.
Rockford Collection allows only one exchange per order. All exchanged items are not refundable.

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Credit card orders can be placed online using our secure server or over the phone with our customer service department. In general, credit card orders will only be shipped to an address on file with the credit card company. Rockford Collection may request additional documentation (such as driver’s license, photocopy of credit card, etc.) on some transactions.
A: Standard shipping within US is FREE on all Rockford products! All orders are shipped fully insured through FedEx Express service with Signature Confirmation.
A: Once you have paid for your purchase, it will be shipped within 5-10 working days or less. Please allow an additional 1-5 working days for FedEx Express shipping.
A: We currently don’t offer pick up service at our main office. All purchases must be shipped to buyer.
A: We ship to following countries: Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Poland, Japan, United Arab Emirates. To request shipping to other counties please contact us.
All international packages are shipped via FedEx Priority.
Please note that some countries will charge additional fees at local customs (U.S. customers are not subject to any extra charges). Most countries will charge only VAT based on the declared value of the package to be paid upon delivery (most European countries) or import duties (Canada, Australia). These charges are the buyer's responsibility as they are not additional shipping or insurance charges.
