Rockford Collection offers a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all products.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied and wish to return or exchange your purchase, please follow these simple steps:

Notify us that you wish to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue you an authorization number. The item must be sent to us within 3 days after you receive this number; which needs to be clearly marked on the outside of the box, and you are responsible for shipping and insurance. (See shipping instructions below).

A restocking fee of $250 is charged for all returns, except EverBlak rings. Restocking fee for EverBlak rings is $350.

All returned items will be inspected for wear and tear. Only unscratched, undamaged, new products are eligible for return.

If you are exchanging the ring for a different ring size, there is a fee of $250-$600 depending on the style and price of the ring. Exchange fees for customized rings vary from $450-$875+ depending on the style and price of the ring. This fee is charged because each ring is custom made to order and size. A brand new ring will be made by Rockford Collection as per requested size.We allow only one exchange per order. All exchanged items are not refundable.

Please make sure of the correct ring size before placing an order. Most of the RF rings are not resizable.
