Our limited warranty offers free diamond and gemstone tightening, cleaning, re-polishing and rhodium plating.

Unexpected repairs not covered by our Standard warranty can be costly. This is why we highly recommend our Extended Warranty program, which covers repairs that are not included in our Standard Warranty. From full coverage to the absolute basics, we offer multiple Extended Warranty plans for every budget and lifestyle.

Shipping within US is Free on all Rockford products. All orders are shipped fully insured through FedEx or UPS Express services with Signature Confirmation.

Please note the production time for each ring 15+ business days, due to the fact that each ring is made per size and per order. Allow an additional 2-3 business days for Express shipping.

All international packages are shipped via FedEx or UPS services.

All items shipped internationally will be subject to any shipping back to the USA covered by the client.

Most countries will charge only VAT based on the declared value of the package to be paid upon delivery (most European countries) or import duties (Canada, Australia).

These charges are the buyer's responsibility as they are not additional shipping or insurance charges.

All Ready to Ship rings and accessories are pre-made and in stock, allowing for our processing time to be significantly shorter. Ready to Ship pieces are shipped with Express Delivery within 1-2 business days after we receive your order.

For international orders, please allow an additional 5-7 days for shipping and delivery depending on the location of the destination. Rockford is not responsible for any delays once the shipment has been dispatched to the shipping carrier.

Rockford Collection offers 14-day return and exchange for unworn products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied and wish to return or exchange your purchase, please notify us within 14 days from the delivery/pick up date and follow shipping instructions below.

To qualify for a return or exchange products must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage and have all original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange. Custom orders are limited to exchange for size only within 14 days of receipt.

1. Ship the jewelry in our original jewelry box. If the box is missing, place it into any small box so the jewelry doesn’t get damaged while in transit.
2. Include a warranty card or a note with your original order number which starts with RC#...
3. Specify what needs to be done to the jewelry on a note.
4. Ship the jewelry using a hard shipping box (not a soft envelope) via Fedex or UPS insured mail to address bellow:
